October - January annual fundraising is designed to help scouts offset camping trip and other adventure fees. We are always interested in any fundraising ideas parents want to share.
SCOUT PAYMENT SCHEDULE $512+
10/23/2024 - $100 First Payment
01/22/2025 - $100 Second Payment
04/30/2025 - $200 Third Payment
05/21/2025 - $112 + extras Final Payment
(Final payment= Based on your scout's Merit Badge Class Selections and extra activities with costs associated.)
One River Trip or Trail Ride is included. Any additional trip costs $50 each if enough scouts register for a second event.
LEADER PAYMENT SCHEDULE
$50 or $70 (50= half wk/70=full wk)
Plus additional for Rafting/Horse Ride
$50 First Payment - January 22nd, 2025
All remaining funds - April 30th, 2025
Based on additional activities with costs associated. Each River Trip or Trail Ride $50. Each leader should plan to attend one or the other.
