"Week Seven" July 11th-18th
October - January annual fundraising is designed to help scouts offset camping trip and other adventure fees. We are always interested in any fundraising ideas parents want to share.

SCOUT PAYMENT SCHEDULE $520+
10/22/2025 - $100 First Payment
01/14/2026 - $125 Second Payment
03/25/2026 - $125 Third Payment
06/03/2026 - $170 plus extras Final Payment
(Final payment= Based on your scout's Merit Badge Class Selections and extra activities with costs associated.)
One River Trip or Trail Ride is included. Any additional trip costs $55 each if enough scouts register for a second event. We can only add extra events if we have leaders or older scouts attending the second event.
LEADER PAYMENT SCHEDULE
- $235 for the week ($45 for two days)
- Leader cost will adjust down depending on the number of "free leaders" based on scout headcount attending.
-Plus additional $55 for Rafting or Horse Ride
$50 First Payment - January 14th, 2026
All remaining funds - due by merit badge class registration (April 20th) Cost will be shared prior.
Based on additional activities with costs associated. Each River Trip or Trail Ride $50. Each leader should plan to attend one or the other.

No exceptions. Please try to turn them in in early. We will happily collect them earlier throughout the scouting year.
