SCOUTS BSA Troop 222

WELCOME TO SCOUTS BSA TROOP 222

The mission of the Boy Scouts of America, now Scouts BSA, is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Scout Law. Scouting will prepare every eligible youth in America to become a responsible, participating citizen and leader who is guided by the Scout Oath and Law.
Troop 222 promotes an outdoor program which includes both regular camping and future high adventure opportunities. Our Troop also believes in having as much FUN as possible while achieving our scout goals.
We are excited to announce we are forming our Girls Troop RIGHT NOW and can't wait to offer the same program promoting female growth and leadership! Our scouts and leaders strive to provide the kind of experience originally envisioned by Lord Baden-Powell, founder of the Boy Scout program. We provide a year-round, scout-led, and adult-mentored, adventure-based program. We spend more time outdoors than inside, meet weekly and camp regularly. 222 delivers opportunities to build leadership, character, citizenship and fitness for youth 11-17 years old.
